Our signature kababs have been created after a decade of extensive research and development. We proudly own a recipe bank of over 450 kababs which include many closely guarded family recipes passed down through ages. Various imitations have been created but none match the unique flavours and aromas of the original TGKF signature kababs.

Urvashi Shahi
Director
Urvashi Shahi is Masters in Human Resources and specializes in recruitment and training of staffs. Her natural culinary skill and passion for kitchen comes very handy in kitchen management. She is also a certified Food Quality Assurance and Quality controller. Urvashi has 15+ years of International experience in diversified cuisines.
She aims to provide her guests not only food but an experience to keep coming back to. Gyros, India kitchen and menu has evolved under Urvashi to cater to Indian palate.

Sanjeev Ranjan
Director
Sanjeev has over 12 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career with Leela Place Kempinski (Bangalore). Burj Al Arab (Dubai) and Emirates Palace (Abu Dhabi) are some of the hotels where Sanjeev has worked and trained future hoteliers.
Sanjeev has a track record of over a decade in end to end food supply chain, service hygiene and presentation.
Sanjeev is an excellent food connoisseur and is committed to very high standards of customer experience in F&B service. He wants to change the industry by introducing more natural and clean food which is free from artificial colours, harmful chemicals, additives or preservatives.

Kuber Diwakar
Director
Kuber has over 13 years of in the hospitality industry, out of which 11 years are with Jumeirah Group. He is a very popular name in the F&B industry, who thinks outside the box and always looking to innovate and improvise. He has been responsible for designing the F&B menu of Jumeirah’s EMEA properties.
Kuber is a food activist and designer, who firmly believes that clean and natural food is the way forward. Over the years, he has become an industry expert specializing in kitchen management, food preparation and quality control.
